Urban Delivery was instructed by Newhall Projects Limited to provide ongoing co-ordination, commercial and financial advice to the award winning Newhall residential development in Harlow.

Phase II comprises around 2,500 residential units, a local centre, district centre, new education facilities, employment and retail space. The landowner here plays a unique role in designing the project, appointing architects and facilitating the introduction of multiple developers to deliver construction whilst seeking to set new high standards in architecture and urban design.

Urban Delivery’s role was to provide commercial inputs to the development of the Phase II master plan and co-ordinate the relationship between a detailed financial model, land sales and finalisation of the Phase II planning application. Specific inputs included advice on land use, density, future phasing and an appraisal of the completed Phase I project.
